Returns

 


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Faulty Items

 


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Used items

  • Items damaged by misuse

Order Cancellations

 


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
